Support requires that I send in an HAR file from my browser that show the failure I am experiencing in Operator Console.

- Open Chrome to the screen you are planning to monitor
- Click F12 to open Developer tools
- Make sure (1) is red, select (2) to clear the content currently in the tool
- Run the operation (in the browser) that generates the issue that needs to be captured
- Select 3 to save out the HAR to be provided to support
