Netflow Status is Unreachable in NetOps Portal System Status UI

Issue/Introduction

Netflow showing as unreachable in the NetOps Portal system status. However everything NFA related works except system status.  Port 8981 is open from NetOps Portal to NFA unidirectional.

Component : PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT INTEGRATIONS

Cause

In this case there was a load balancer that the hostname for the VNA system passed through Causing the status check call to fail.

Resolution

We added the NFA IP/Hostname to /etc/hosts file so it would not go through the load balancer and now the status is green. Also configuring the data source with the direct IP and not hostname works.
