Can the "Forgot Password" Notification be altered?

Issue/Introduction
On the Modern UX login there is a "Forgot Password" option. How can the notification be changed for this transaction?

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION
Resolution
There is no supported method to change the notification email.
The text of the message is stored in the %CLARITY%\resource\messages_en.properties
Editing the properties file is an unsupported customization, and may be overwritten in a future patch or upgrade.
