Upgrade to CA Common Services V15 is causing an error in CA Librarian utility copy process

Issue/Introduction

On LPAR1(CA90S R15) and LPAR2(CA90S R15), if anyone goes to w.l.u and attempts to copy a module from a CA Librarian master file, the CA program UTIMAIN abends. On LPAR3(CA90S R14.1), it works fine.

User abend code 2000, reason code 00000016.

Abend in host command ISPEXEC or address environment routine TSO.

CA-C Runtime (Legacy Common Services)   must be installed and CA-C CCCSLINK must be in the LINKLIST
