UIM - Oracle probe alarm for check_dbalive not cleared

Issue/Introduction

Using oracle probe 5.45 the alarm for invalid username/password is not automatically cleared after the connection is re-established

Environment

Release : 9.0.2

Cause

The alarm "Profile Profile_Name, instance Oracle_Instance, cannot connect to database: (ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied )"

are not always cleared when the restart_alarm_clear is set to no in oracle_monitor.cfg

Resolution

Set the restart_alarm_clear to yes, and restart the probe.
