Endevor SCM PACKAGE SHIP STOW ERROR with NETVFTP

Issue/Introduction

The package ship is creating the staging datasets correctly on the sending system and is using NETVFTP to transfer the data. On the receiving system the datasets are allocated and loaded all except for the dataset that contains the loadmods. This dataset is receiving the following error in NETVFTP
ERROR MESSAGE RECEIVED FROM REMOTE FILE TRANSFER PROGRAM: DVG381I STOW ERROR; RETURN CODE = 28; REASON CODE = 00

Cause

Program objects are not supported by NetView FTP. Product is stabilized.  

Resolution

PDSE program objects are not supported by Netview FTP. Select another ship method. XCOM and ConnectDirect  support PDSE program objects
