Issue/Introduction

A message is displayed in the PWP log saying the following:

U00011636 The time difference of Agent '<Agent name>' was corrected by periodical live check from '-1610451186' to '0000000600'

 

Environment

Release : 12.2.x, 12.1.x / 12.0.x

Component : Windows agent

The issue was observed for 12.2.x , 12.1.x and v12.0.x Windows agents.

 

Cause

The old Windows Agent doesn't provide correct extime in the EXINFO messages, so the calculation of time differences between the server and the agent doesn't work as designed. The timestamp of 1970/1/1 is incorrect.

Resolution

This problem has been fixed by the dev-bug AE-22355
