Unable to install Autosys Agent R12 for linux environment

Issue/Introduction

We are unable to installation R12 autosys agent on linux machine.

We have java version

openjdk version "11.0.9" 2020-10-20 LTS
OpenJDK Runtime Environment 18.9 (build 11.0.9+11-LTS)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 18.9 (build 11.0.9+11-LTS, mixed mode, sharing)

 

The error is as below

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

The install was run with a non-root user. The user home directory was missing. We have created the home directory and setup got executed successfully.
