Issue/Introduction

After upgrade from 20.1 to 20.3.2 I try to open the "Dashboard Designer" and a message raises at the right as a popup: "Not able to get the current user or the roles associated with the user".

Tried a restart to the wasp but nothing occurs, the problem remains.

This occurs with all users, IM users and also account contacts with administrator role.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - UMP_DASHBOARD

Cause

Wrong upgrade path

Resolution

UIM 20.3.2 is a patch, not a major version and the prerequisite for installing 20.3.2 is to have 20.3.0 or 20.3.1

https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/unified-infrastructure-management/20-3/release-notes/OC-20_3_2-Patch.html#concept.dita_d747c4f4-9aea-4f0a-bc3c-4ec64c3b9afa_prerequisites

If you have upgraded UIM 20.1 directly to 20.3.2 you will need to restore the UIM from a backup or totally uninstall OC and redeploy it from scratch with a supported version.
