Issue/Introduction

CA Sysview abends due to:

GSVX003E (XSDS) Load failed for module DBINRPR
GSVX031E (XSDS) LOAD failed for module DBINRPR, abend S306-0C

DBINRPR is a CA Datacom module. However, DATACOM option is set to NO

Cause

XSYSTEM option is YES. 
The error is coming from the XSDS subtask (that runs in SYSVUSER) which is responsible for processing cross-system data requests.  
Someone is probably issuing a Sysview/Datacom command in cross system mode (e.g. DCLIST XSYSTEM) from another lpar, and it is getting routed to this system along with any other systems.

Resolution

Two possible solutions (choose one):

• Enable DATACOM option locally too (and customize the parmlib  DATACOM member)
• Stop using Datacom option commands in cross system mode
