All Groups Disappeared Or Are Empty

Issue/Introduction

Up[grade performed to DX NetOps 20.2.6.  Now noticed most of groups entries disappeared from menu Administrations/Groups and what is left is empty.  For example we no longer see the + sign next to the group name indicating groups are populated.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

The issue was moving away from Adobe Flash to HTML.

Resolution

Must clear the browser cache, close browser and reopen the page.  Now you will see the plus sign next to the groups.

Additional Information

NOTE: In this scenario the plus sign was not visible indicating groups are not populated.  However when clicking on the group name to the left of the group name will expand to show the sub-groups.  A cosmetic issue.
