Issue/Introduction

Please assist with troubleshooting cpu frequency scaling configuration on Vertica hosts.

One of the three hosts is missing cpu frequency scaling configuration that is causing the installation script to fail.

CPU Frequency Scaling Disabled ..........................................[FAIL]

The other two hosts are fine, but one is failing.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Resolution

The CPU frequency driver was not installed on the system. Customer installed cpufreq driver and install completed.
