ACF02010 RECORD(S) NOT FOUND With Cleanup Job AT5DBINT With ALL

Issue/Introduction

After installing CA Cleanup, when creating and loading the CA CLEANUP DATABASE, the parameter ALL was specified to load everything, but the following message is received. Why isn't anything loaded?

 -End of input data-                           
                                               
    Loading USER ALL                           
 ***ACF02010 RECORD(S) NOT FOUND               
                                               
 End-of-Job, RC=00

Resolution

To load everything, specify '*ALL*', not 'ALL'. The asterisks are required.
