TSSEXTEND receives Message: Output VSAM time stamps do not match

Issue/Introduction

Getting the following error message running TSSXTEND to copy the security files:

 Output VSAM time stamps do not match

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

TSSXTEND was run against a non-matching BDAM and VSAM Security file.

The matching BDAM and VSAM security file must be used.

The timestamp of when the files were initialized is imbedded in the files and checked when TSS initializes or when a TSSXTEND is run. 

If the timestamps are not close to each other,TSS will not initialize or TSSXTEND will not run if the matching pair is not present.
