Opening Timesheet Defaults to Old Period

Issue/Introduction

When opening the Timesheets UI in Clarity, the customer sees a previous time reporting week as opposed to the current week.

Resolution

The specific end user had a browser shortcut that had the timesheetperiod defined in it. Modified the shortcut to remove that specification, and prevented that period from opening.
