EM Collector service is not starting

Issue/Introduction

Unable to start the Collector EM runs on Windows 2012 R2

Getting the below message on the EMService.log:

INFO   | jvm 1    | Could not create domain SuperDomain: com.wily.introscope.spec.server.DuplicateNameException: Could not create Domain because the name "SuperDomain/PatientID" is already in use.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Cause

Duplicate domain entries (SuperDomain/PatientID)  on the domains.xml file is causing the issue

Resolution

There was a duplicate domain in Collector domains.xml.  Corrected the file and restarted successfully.
