Issue/Introduction

Description:

After following the installation guide for Xtraction v13.1, you are unable to log into the Xtraction interface.

Solution:

Having the wrong version of Microsoft .NET installed will cause this to happen.

If you have .NET 4.0 installed, simply download .NET 4.5 and install it. Once .NET 4.5 is installed, you can then do a re-install of Xtraction (as a repair install) and you should then be able to log into the Xtraction interface using the default Xtraction "admin" account with the default password of "password".
