Issue/Introduction

In some cases for troubleshooting purposes we require to see what queries are executed at the time we perform XOG actions. How can we enable SQL Trace for XOG?

Environment

Release : 15.5.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS XML OPEN GATEWAY (XOG)

Resolution

Below are the steps to trace XOG queries:

  1. Set trace.server category to “Trace”.
  2. Enable Trace XOG on the logger configuration.
  3. Edit the Properties.xml and set “traceAlarmThresholdSeconds” to 0.
  4. Restart the app service.
  5. Perform XOG.
