Winoffline patch error . Patch SO13853 Patch Error.

Environment

Release : 1403

Component : DESKTOP AND SERVER MANAGEMENT

Resolution

 SO13853.caz has multiple JCL files . The error shows because of multiple JCL files inside CAZ . 

 Use applyptf and follow below steps. 

1.Stop caf by issuing the command
   caf stop
2. Unzip SO13853.caz
3. Use APPLYPTF to apply the fix.
4. On Agents apply Agent.jcl
5. On IPS/Boot Serves apply SO13853.jcl
6. caf start

Another way is to unzip the SO13853.caz . You will get below folder structure. 

Delete the SO13853.caz and then open Winoffline.exe. 

Now you will not see patch error.
