Snmpcollector in blank / empty no profiles

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade 8.5.1 to 20.1 now the probe snmpcollector is empty, and we lost and our profiles and configurations.

We have 2 probes of snmpcollector, one in a Primary Server, and another in a secondary hub, and we have the same problem.

How can we recover the probe and the configurations? we have some backup files and a backup folder previous to upgrade.

I tried  stopping the probe and copyng the entire folder and starting the probe, but sill appears in blank

Resolution

Problem resolved after stopping the probe and overwriting SnmpCollector.mv file from a backup and restarting the probe
