Unable to View and Edit ETC Slice in Portlet

Issue/Introduction

Users are unable to view and edit ETC slices in a custom portlet created off of the assignment object. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a grid portlet using Assignment Object as the Data Provider and General for the Instance Type
2. Configure ETC as a Virtual TSV Attribute in the List View (Weekly or Monthly)
3. Add the newly created portlet to a Tab on the General page

Expected Results: The ETC amounts show on the TSV and are editable. 
Actual Results: The ETC does not show on the TSV, the cell is editable, but clicking on Save does not save the value.

Cause

Caused by DE57438

Resolution

DE57438 will be addressed as part of a feature to implement a new Assignments Workspace in the future.

This will be similar to the new Staffing Workspace introduced in 15.9.3. 

The feature requirements will be developed, prioritized and planned for a future release.
