Problem creating the campaign in Identity Governance; Workflows status is displayed as "create" and the campaign is not launched successfully.

Issue/Introduction

When create a campaign to review user access. The Workflows status is displayed as "create" and the campaign is not launched successfully.

Component : GovernanceMinder(Role & Compliance Manager)

Cause

This is due to cluster conflict under the environment 

Resolution

Adding startup JVM properties with the following

-Djboss.messaging.group.address xxxx
-Djboss.messaging.group.port yyyy

xxxx will be the message group address e.g 231.7.7.57

yyyy will be port number e.g 9999
