Agent is losing connection to the Automation Engine periodically with the following error:
U02000042 Connection aborted. Error code '10053', error description: 'An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.'.
It is extremely likely this is being caused by a firewall closing the connection to the agent.
1. Make an exception for the agent in the firewall. This may need to be done on the Automation Engine or agent server (or both). The agent connection to the Automation Engine is made through a CP. You can check the CP ports in the AWI> Administration> Automation Engine Management
2. Create a job that runs periodically. This can sometimes prevent the firewall from closing the connection. If the disconnect happens ever 10 minutes you can schedule a job that does a simple command (dir) and have it run every 5 minutes.
