Summary:

This document is a sample of how to install Oracle 32 bit client under Windows and CA Business Service Insight version 8.2 for the Application & Web Server.

We must have in mind that CA Business Service Insight does not support Oracle 64 bit Client locally on the same server Application/Web server because it will fail.

Please note that this guide must be taken has an example. Oracle is not CA Technology software and for any problem that you encounter in the installation or in its mall function you will have to contact Oracle for further assistance.
