AWI Failed to filter key words from "Search" bar and pop-up error messages

Issue/Introduction

We met some critical issue on Automation platform-Production environment that we cannot search jobs or else key words in the search bar and it shown error messages.

we get this error

com.uc4.ecc.backends.exceptions.AutomationEngineAPIException:No REST-Endpoints returned from Backend

Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

When we checked log files of JCP and JWP from servers, found the JCP service was stuck unusual on that moment (it shown no connection with this specific service).

After restarted JCP service manually, the issue been solved and the search bar works fine.
