Restart for stopped spaces after failed load

Issue/Introduction

Fast Load job fail due to insufficient sort space:

PFL0019E - RESTART Table does not match input
           UTILID T913P7LD Checksum 09883    

The UTILID was terminated and the subsequent job was rerun successfully.

How to avoid Stopped tablespace and Index after a failed Load Replace on Restarting the job after terminating the UTILID?  

Environment

Release : 20.0

Component : CA Fast Load for DB2 for z/OS

Resolution

There are two solutions for this condition; 

a. When the job fails don't term the Utility just rerun with Restart Phase.

b. Or change the restart to RW, or FORCE, we document:

STARTUP-ACCESS [ RESET |RW|RO|FORCE|STOP]
