We've installed a Web Agent 12.52SP1CR11 and it seems it doesn't
support restart with Apache 2.4.46, even if documentation states that
it is supported :

Defects Fixed in 12.52 SP1 CR01
21601916-01 85711 When doing a restart or graceful restart of an
Apache web server on Red Hat Linux 5.3, the system hangs and an error
occurs. The Web Agent does not handle these restarts properly.

More, the following KD doesn't seem to apply :
When doing Apache graceful restart, Web Agent reports error "PID Cache error"

How can we fix that ?
Web Agent 12.52SP1CR11 on Apache 2.4.46;
Upgrade to Web Agent 12.52SP1CR12 when this one will be available.
Note that this fix will apply only to Apache 2.4.27 version and
above. The following KD still applies for Apache version lower than
2.4.27 :
When doing Apache graceful restart, Web Agent reports error "PID Cache error"
