PPM Scheduled Report notifications: where they are coming from?

Issue/Introduction

A user is receiving notifications from a scheduled report. How can I find which environment the notification is coming from?

The report notification body is as follows:

This scheduled report failed.  

Report: My Scheduled Report

Run ID: 16070052

Scheduler ID: [email protected]

Failure message: RPT-0019: Exception while setting up report parameters

Resolution

Please log to your Clarity PPM environments one by one.

Go to Administration > Data Administration > Process Engines.

Note the Process Engine Name. 

This will match the Scheduler ID of the notification.

By comparing the Scheduler ID of the notification and the Process Engine Name you will know which environment the notification is coming from.
