Issue/Introduction

When selecting Monitored Technologies > Select a device under Top Devices by Alarm > results in 'Failed to get /operatorconsole_portlet/api/v1/computer-systems/####' 

Environment

Component : UIM - OPERATOR CONSOLE

Resolution

This is an indication that there is an issue with the policy_management_ws webapp on the OC machine. This webapp also handles inventory related queries in OC. 

- Validate on the OC wasp that the webapp is running and there are no errors in the respective log under the ../nimsoft/probes/service/wasp directory.
- Validate on the Primary Hub that the policy_management queue is not in a yellow state.

After addressing the issue with the webapp make sure to restart the OC robot.
