We migrated our DB and upgraded the application to 4.2. I had couple of policy in my old system but not in new. Hence my queue policies are having impact.

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager
Customer use the old Database but installed SOI on new servers.
The Event policies are not stored in the database.
The Event Policy files are stored on the SOI Manager at \soi\resources\EventManagement\Polcies folder.
The Event Policy files are stored on the SOI Manager at \soi\resources\EventManagement\Polcies folder.
Copy the policy files from the old SOI Manager server to the new SOI Manager server and recycle the CA SOI Event Management on the SOI Manager server.
Now the Event policies are there and needs to assign to the new connectors.
