Is Performance Center is digitally signed by Broadcom/CA?

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

Jar signing is only needed for the JNLP OneClick app to work.

Spectrum signs all jars because they could be used for OneClick and/or server.  It was easier in build process to just sign them all.

Performance Management doesn't provide jars to clients that need to validate any signatures; clients being web browsers or JNLP app.
