NFA views missing from dashboard

Issue/Introduction

I created a dashboard and two views that I added to the dashboard configuration are not seen after I save the dashboard.  The views are "Interface Over Threshold" and "Routers with the Most Flow Traffic"

"Connection Refused" messages were seen in the DMService.log for the NFA data source

After turning off view suppression we saw the views

 

Environment

DX NetOps Performance Management 19.3

Cause

CA NFA RibSource service was down on the NFA system

Resolution

Simply restart the CA NFA RibSource service on the NFA server.  After that the views will show as expected
