Save report displays blank dialog page with Chrome and Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

With the Chrome browser, a user tries to save a report, but gets a blank page instead of the page save dialog.

Cause

Only the IE11 browser is supported with Web Viewer 12.1

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Resolution

At this time only the latest version of the IE11 browser is supported. Other browsers will not display the page save dialog.
