Issue/Introduction

Synchronizing changes made in an account template with a Connector XPress Endpoints fails. 

Scenario:  When synchronizing the account template the user must be associated correctly. All the initial values that the assigned in the template are propagated to the end-user.  However, the problem starts when the template is updated.  

Changes assigned manually succeed but changes applied through the template are not synchronized, even assigning user strong synchronization does not pass the changes to the end-user.

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

Setting the "Synchronized" flag in Connector Xpress ensures that the settings can be synchronized successfully.
