Data Collector showing wrong version

Issue/Introduction

The version of the Data collector is not correct in the Datasources > DA > Collectors screen.  The install log does not show any issues and the history file shows the correct version

 

 

 

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management 3.7

Cause

The DC is down

Resolution

We will not get the new version of the data collector until it is running and in a "collecting data" state.  The new version comes over in a registration message

For example:

Start the collector and the version information should be updated in the UI
