 INFO  [com.ca.pmengine.dlm] - Download attempt #2 for d3cf557f-391f-44f6-a9b2-ca6fc82c4d0b has failed.  Rescheduling download...

Environment

Client Automation 14 SP2

Resolution

Open a case with support and request for "DLoader.class" file.

Note: This is applicable with only 14.0 SP2 . This solution not required for 14.0 SP3

Please perform the below steps after getting DLoader.class file. 

1. Caf stop tomcat
2. Backup the existing DLoader.class under C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Web Console\webapps\pmengine\WEB-INF\classes\com\ca\pmengine\dlm and replace with the attached file.
3. Caf start tomcat.
4. Accept the rollup to package.
