Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Spectrum 10.4.2, SPM tests are recreated after every poll causing all SPM tests to fail.

Environment

Cause

Code changes in 10.4.2 caused this bug.

Resolution

The fix for the DE481503 was already delivered in the DX NetOps Spectrum 10.4.3 / 20.2.7 GA release.

Symptom: Periodically, the customer is getting an error on the routers stating "too many probes" when trying to creating SPM tests.
Resolution: Fixed the issue where-in the function which tests for existing probes is not getting called.

The fix will be available in the next upcoming Spectrum 21.2 release too.
