Issue/Introduction

We received the following error when trying to capture a device configuration using NCM.

Capture Error:

SPC-OCC-10747: Error capturing configuration for host:

Default TFTP Directory does not exist or SPECTRUM doesn't have permission to access it.

Environment

Release : Any

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

The tftp directory configured in the Configuration Manager -> TFTP Configuration view was not read/write accessible by the Spectrum user. 

Resolution

Ensure the TFTP directory that is configured in the Configuration Manger -> TFTP Configuration sub-view is read/write accessible by the Spectrum user and re-run the NCM capture.
