Unable to Create Schedule to place devices in maintenance mode when connected to Secondary SpectroServer - SPC-OCA-10592

Issue/Introduction

Running Spectrum in Fault Tolerant mode.

If we are connected to the Secondary SpectroServer due to an issue with the Primary, when trying to create a maintenance mode schedule we are seeing the error:

The schedule could not be created in the following landscapes:

SPC-OCA-10592: <server_name>:
SECONDARY_CONNECTION.

 

Environment

DX NetOPS Spectrum: any release 

Resolution

We can not create schedules when the Secondary SpectroServer is active.

This is a limitation and currently, there is no workaround. We will need to switch back to the Primary SpectroServer in order to create a schedule.
