Unable to Create Schedule to place devices in maintenance mode when connected to Secondary SpectroServer

Issue/Introduction

We are running Spectrum in Fault Tolerant mode.

If we are connected to the Secondary SpectroServer due to an issue with the Primary, when trying to create a maintenance mode schedule we are seeing the error:

'The schedule could not be created in the following landscapes:

SPC-OCA-10592: server02:
SECONDARY_CONNECTION'

 

 

Environment

Spectrum 10.4.2
(DX NetOPS Spectrum 20.2)

Resolution

You can not create schedules when the Secondary SpectroServer is active.

This is a limitation and currently, there is no workaround. You will need to switch back to the Primary SpectroServer in order to create a schedule.
