Tunnels are missing from Performance Center Inventory

Issue/Introduction
Tunnels are missing from DX NetOps Performance Management Inventory.
When going to Tunnels->Inventory in Performance Center many Tunnels are missing.
Tunnels configured and visible via Cisco Viptela vManage web UI are missing from Performance Center Inventory.
Tunnels will also be missing from SD-WAN related reports and Geo-Map Views due to their Items missing from Performance Center Inventory.
Tunnels known to the Data Aggregator via the Virtual Network Assurance (VNA) SDN Inventory are missing from Performance Center Inventory.
Environment
All supported DX NetOps Performance Management and Virtual Network Assurance (VNA) releases
Cause
The following actions are taken without deleting the related VNA Gateway from Performance Center after VNA is uninstalled, before it's re-installed.
- Virtual Network Assurance (VNA) was Uninstalled and Reinstalled on the existing VNA host without deleting it's VNA Gateway from PC.
- Virtual Network Assurance (VNA) was Uninstalled and Reinstalled on a new VNA host without deleting it's VNA Gateway from PC.
In both cases if the VNA Gateway is not Deleted after Uninstall, and Re-added after the new Install is completed this issue can be seen.
Resolution
Any time a VNA install associated to an active VNA Gateway added to Performance Center is Uninstalled, the VNA Gateway MUST BE DELETED from Performance Center.
After you reinstall VNA on the existing host or on a new host, add the deleted VNA Gateway back to Performance Center
After the Inventory is recreated, with new items and new Item ID values assigned, the items will then synchronize to Performance Center Inventory to resolve this issue.
