Suspend or Go on multiple workflows causes AWI to freeze

Issue/Introduction

If multiple workflows or schedules or tasks within a schedule are selected and the status changed with a bulk action including:
- Execute
- Suspend
- Quit
- Go

The AWI can freeze for upwards of 20 minutes or no longer be accessible when it returns.

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Inefficient handling of bulk processes. 

Resolution

This has been fixed with the 12.3.6 release of the Automic Web Interface

Workaround
Limit execution to 2-3 objects at a time.
