Developer got a new laptop and now he is unable to check in a file because he checkout out this file using his old laptop. How do I fix this issue? The client machine is now different. got a new laptop and now he is unable to check in a file because he checkout that file from his old laptop

Component : CA Harvest Software Change Manager
1. Either check in "Release Only" mode or delete the reserved versions (both accomplish the same thing)
2. Back up the updated files to a different location on the new computer
3. Check out the files again to the new computer
4. Replace the updated files from the backup from step 2
5. Check in the file using the Check-In Process

Use -ciignorehostname to Check In Reserved Versions
