Users are unable to enter their timesheets for this week.

The error that the users are seeing is: TMA-0116: This timesheet’s time period is closed.

Future weeks are not available either.

Component : CA PPM Time Management


This message indicates that the time reporting period is closed. For the users to be able to enter time on the timesheets associated to these periods, the time reporting period will need to be opened. 

1. Go to Administration - Time Reporting Periods

2. Set the Status filter from Open to All

3. On the From Date, set the Start Date of the timesheet period throwing the error, and click on Filter

4. Select the period covering the current period dates, and click on the Open button on the bottom of the list

If the future periods are listed here as well, but do not have a yellow checkmark on the Open column, they will need to be selected and opened as well for the users to be able to see timesheets for those periods.
