Steps for downloading CA Service Management RU Patches (i.e. 17.4 RU02)
CA Service Management
1. Go to https://support.broadcom.com and login
2. In the dropdown beside your login name in the upper right corner, make sure that ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE is selected
3. Click on MY DOWNLOADS from the left hand side menu
4 Search "Service Management" and then click on "Service Management" from the results pane
5. Click on the SOLUTIONS tab
6. Click on the CA Service Management product from the list presented. For example, "CA CA Service Management Upgrade from Service Desk Manager Full License to Service Management Service Desk Manager Package"
7. Select the appropriate release (i.e. 17.4)
8. List of published patches are returned. Select the patch that you wish to download. For example "CA Service Management 17.4.2.0"
9. The resultant screen will show the files available for download. For example, for "CA Service Management 17.4.2.0" you will be presented with the Linux and Windows download files
10. Download the file(s) required
