AS400 Monitoring - DISKSTAT probe not showing any DISKS - IASP Technology

Issue/Introduction

We are monitoring as400 disks in our environment with DISKSTAT probe , in one of the as400 systems the DISK probe is not listing any disks to enable monitoring. AS400 team says they are IASP.

Does the probe supports Independant Auxillary Storage Pool (IASP) ? If the probe does not support this , what are the alternatives to monitor these disks?

Release : 9.x or later

Component : UIM - DISKSTAT

Resolution

As per our current probe implementation we are getting "YASP0300" format record only and  This format we use only for ASP not for IASP.

According this and Dev Teams confirmation our probe doesn't support IASP.
