Issue/Introduction

USM portlet not connecting after upgrade to 20.3.2 and deploying OC to a new server.

Upgraded to 20.3.2 and installed OC to new robot leaving UMP in place.  Post upgrade USM portlet not connecting and throwing error attached

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - UMP_USM

Resolution

USM/UMP is not supported to be used with OC 20.3.x in the same environment.

You must replace the UMP/USM by OC.

There us no procedure to keep both UMP and OC at 20.3.x.
