Issue/Introduction

Spectrum Report Manager Service Summary by Service Customer report reporting the same outage twice when an outage affects multiple customers.

In the above report, notice in the "Service Availability Report Details" it is reporting two outages of 51 minutes 14 seconds for the same time and duration. This is for the two customer associated with the Service.

The Service was unavailable for 51 minutes 14 seconds. In the graph section, it is doubling the downtime adding the downtime for both customers.

Resolution

Run the report as you normally do but this time, in the Input Controls of the report, set the "Hide Extended Summary" field to False. By default it is True.
