Issue/Introduction

Rate Matrix Extraction Job slow performance, hanging sessions that could cause other jobs to be set to idle-in-transaction or deadlocks/blocking

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Log into Clarity Classic UI

2. Click Reports and Jobs then select Jobs 

3. Select the Rate Matrix Extraction job

4. Click parameters Prepare Rate Matrix Data and Update Rate Matrix Data  

5. Click the Submit button

Expected results: The job runs for up to 250 minutes 

Actual results: The job runs for up to 450 minutes
