The ”Click Here" link in a notification email is always a classic UI URL

Issue/Introduction

The "Click Here" link in the Notification Email is always the URL in the Classic UI. How can the users change this URL to the URL in the New UX? 

 

Environment

Release : 15.X

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

There is not an easy way (like change some system settings) to change this URL.

The workaround is defining a custom process with writing GEL script which sends an email with the URL in the New UX.
