Issue/Introduction

Alarm Console in Operator Console does not load alarms.

Environment

Release: 20.x

Resolution

The alarmviewer-api webapp is what allows for the alarms to be seen in OC. 

You should check to make sure that that webapp is working correctly by reviewing the following log files:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\logs\alarmviewer-api.log
C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\wasp.log

Also you can try the following if there is an issue:

-deactivate wasp
-delete the ../wasp/work directory
-delete the ../wasp/webapps/alarmviewer-api directory
-activate wasp
